terms of service <3

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING!!!꒰ა i tend to work overtime at my job, which can vary by week. depending on the commission, turnaround time can also vary. however, i do my best to get requests and commissions done as quickly as possible!꒰ა TAT may also vary depending on queue position, contingent on how many commission slots i open at one time.꒰ა i'll make several revisions as needed during the initial sketch phase, as well as color adjustments when i do flats to try and ensure color accuracy. i'll do minor revisions if needed once it's complete (i.e. an eye color change if color accuracy was slightly off post-rendering), but won't do major revisions after the sketch and flats are approved by the customer.꒰ა finished art will be delivered either through discord or email, depending on what you're more comfortable sharing.꒰ა the customer does not have the right to use any of my art, commissioned or otherwise, in anything AI-related or in anything blockchain-related.꒰ა i will accept commission requests such as:
- OCs
- fanart
- mild NSFW (such as pin-ups), as long as the character is of legal age
- kemonomimi :)꒰ა i won't accept commission requests including:
- armor
- mecha
- furries
- complex backgrounds
- anything depicting minors or animals involved in gory/NSFW/illegal scenarios or circumstances
- outright porn

꒰ა half of the payment, gil or otherwise, will be required upfront before work is started on a commission.꒰ა once payment and references are received, i'll begin! you'll receive an initial sketch (or multiple, if i have several ideas) which can be adjusted as needed.꒰ა once the sketch is approved, i'll send you flat colors and the rough color palettes i intend to use for rendering for approval, as well.꒰ა for super complex designs, and/or variants, there will be an additional charge.
